The Hibiscus Tree is a classic “tropical” flowering plant that comes in a multitude of colors with large flowers that can bloom year-round. Hibiscus tree comes in three different colors that will sure to add some excitement and color to any landscape, dramatic red, vibrant pink, or golden hues of yellow. The red is the most popular, but for a bit of added sparkle, try the yellow. The yellow flowers have red flecks inside them that make them stand out!

Makes a great accent plant or add color to a garden. It can freeze down in a hard freeze however usually recovers in the spring if established.

Hibiscus likes to be watered regularly with time to dry out a bit in between. It does well anywhere in Zone 10 and warmer areas of Zone 9B (with cold protection) in full to part sun. These are fast growers - regular hibiscus trees can be kept about 6 to 8 feet, and weepers should be left to grow taller - about 10 to 12 feet or more.
