Desert Rose

Desert rose is considered by many as the star of the succulent garden. This drought-tolerant, blooming plant is quite an exquisite beauty with its striking form and color. Desert rose blooms from spring to fall.

The flower colors range from red to pink to white. To grow more flowers, simply cut off the tips of the branches once during warm months. This will encourages new growth and new flowers.

This plant is a slow grower, gaining less than 12 inches per year. This plant also does great in containers, which makes them easy to bring inside when the temperature drops below 30 degrees.
