Variegated Liriope is an all-time favorite plant to use as a border around a planting bed or use along a sidewalk or driveway. It has beautiful creamy yellow stripes on the margins of the blades provide some brightness and uniqueness to this plant.

They are colorful, low growing and they flower in mid-summer with purple flowers on short spikes about 8 to 12″ tall.

Light purple flowers develop in the late summer and appear tucked in the foliage. This perennial can be evergreen in warmer climates.

Plant variegated in well-drained soil. Water well until established. Cut and remove foliage to the ground in late winter to early spring to allow new growth to develop.
